1. Services

Metagenious Technologies provides software development, design, consulting, and related technology services as agreed upon in individual project proposals or service agreements. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for each project will be outlined in a separate agreement signed by both parties.

2. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for services, all intellectual property rights for custom-developed software, code, designs, and deliverables created specifically for your project are transferred to you. Metagenious Technologies retains the right to use any general-purpose tools, libraries, and frameworks used in development, as well as the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide timely feedback, access to necessary systems, and complete and accurate information required for project execution. Delays caused by client unresponsiveness or incomplete information may result in adjusted timelines and additional costs.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in each project proposal or agreement. Typical terms require an initial deposit (usually 40-50%) before work begins, with milestone-based payments throughout the project. Final payment is due upon project completion and delivery. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. Late payments may incur additional charges.

5. Limitation of Liability

Metagenious Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the services provided. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice if the other party materially breaches its obligations and fails to remedy the breach within 14 days. In the event of termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the date of termination.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.
